Spring Ball
We're excited to offer our 2025/26 Spring Ball Program at our CORE Volleyball Facility. Highly trained and experienced staff will continue to emphasize fundamentals of volleyball using philosophies from Gold Medal Squared and USA Volleyball, and add advanced volleyball techniques with a heavy concentration on the technical aspects of the game. Spring Ball is greatly encouraged for those who would like to develop or keep their skills up throughout the Spring.
Note : If your child has completed their 8th grade school volleyball season, they are eligible to attend both Middle School and High School sessions. Please use your best discretion when selecting sessions.
- 10-week program
- Individual skills training and game play
- Course will focus on Court Team Concepts: Offense and Defense, Zone Offense and Defense.
