The CORE program is designed for more experienced players, aged 12-18, who are looking for advanced instruction and competitive play. Players should have club, high school or beach volleyball experience. Exceptions will be made for serious volleyball players who have yet to play in the above. Campers should have a solid understanding of volleyball skills and be anxious to learn advanced techniques. CORE Beach Training is offered as four-week camps, consisting of 24 hours of instruction with (optional) open play. Each session is taught by our experienced beach volleyball coaching staff.
BENEFITS - In an average match you work your cardiovascular system and tone your core, glutes, lower back, thighs and calves, but in a low-impact fashion. You can also tone the muscles in your upper body: pecs, shoulders, arms and upper back. The benefits aren't just physical; the game's also a great way to improve hand-eye coordination and boost mental agility.

Space is limited in each session.
In order to compete in Volley America tournaments held at the Jersey Shore - All players MUST have a 2019 Volley America Membership.
To obtain a membership go to Volley America and remember your membership number.
Membership with Volley America will allow you to sign up for the weekend tournaments held at the NJ shore and elsewhere.
